Sorry about before. I just wasn't sure what to do. I hope this will suffice. ^^"

"Andrea Rose Watson! Hurry up and get downstairs or we're going to be late!"
Andrea had actually gotten up early this morning. Not super early, but early enough that she should have been ready by this point. And she was ready, except for one thing: She was checking her bags to make sure that she packed everything she needed. She wouldn't be able to live with herself if she climbed onto the Hogwarts train only to find out that she'd forgotten something she needed.
...nevermind that this was her 5th time checking through her luggage.
"ANDREA! GET DOWN HERE NOW!"
Obviously, her father was getting a bit impatient. Andrea sighed and closed up her bags, picking them up and heading toward the door. As she did this, she turned around and scanned her room quickly, making sure that everything was where she wanted it to be. That's when she noticed that a vase on her dresser was out of place. She raced across the room and arranged it exactly where she wanted to be. Then she finally headed down the stairs, where she met up with her parents and her two younger siblings.
"It's about bloody time. Now let's go."
Came the reply from her father. Andrea bit her lip to keep from laughing. Then the family headed through the door, and into a car rented out by the Ministry. Fortunately, the family didn't live too far from the train station, so the ride only took ten minutes or so. Which was wonderful, because Andrea wasn't a fan of long car rides.
She and her brother climbed out of the car, saying goodbye to their parents and younger sister. Andrea was going into her final year of Hogwarts, while her brother was going into his 3rd. Their younger sister wasn't going to start until next year, and was clearly upset about being the only one left behind. Andrea watched as the car drove off, her younger sister clearly throwing a fit about being left behind.
Then Andrea and her brother climbed onto the train. Almost instantly, her brother headed in one direction, and she headed in the other. She looked through compartments, seeing if she could spot any of her friends. Maybe they were on the other side of the train, where her brother was. Oh well. Who said that she had to ride on the train with her friends? Sure, it would be a lot easier, but the train was bound to take off at any minute, and Andrea wanted to be seated when that happened.
Soon, she found a compartment with only one other person in it. She went to reach for the door, when suddenly her eyes widened. She'd forgotten to wear her gloves! And there was no way she was touching that door without her gloves. She bit her lip in frustration, wondering what to do next. Then the corner of her lips turned up into a smirk as an idea came to her. She took the sleeve of her robe and put it over her hand, opening the door as she did this. Perfect! Now she didn't even have to touch the door.
She went to close the door behind her, but had a strange method to doing this (but then, she had strange methods for a lot of things, as you may have noticed). Instead of just sliding the door closed and leaving it like most people, she slid it closed, then opened it again, then closed it again, then opened it again, then closed it again. Three times. She even counted this mentally. Then she sighed and headed over to where the other girl was sitting, and plopped down next to her.
"Uh, hey. Hope you don't mind if I sit here."
She grinned as friendly as she could. She felt a bit self-concious, and found herself wishing that she could find one of her friends. Or her brother. That would make her feel much more at ease.

full name;
Marshall James Suijen
age;

grade;
Senior
desired clique;
Artist
physical description;
If you're going solely on physical characteristics, he has short brown hair and blue eyes. He stands at about 5'10" and is on the skinny side, making him look a bit awkward as a result. He usually wears pretty casual clothes, such as t-shirts and jeans, though every once in a while he'll dress up a bit with no qualms about it. He understands that you need to look nice for some occasions.
His mannerisms tend to stand out more than his looks do, however. He has a hard time making eye contact with people. One of his major quirks is raising his eyebrow frequently. He'll do this when confused, when annoyed, when curious...you name it.
history;
Marshall was born to Jill Turner-Suijen and Adam Suijen. His parents were loving and caring ones, and their house was soon blessed again with the birth of a baby girl named Aleshanee two years after Marshall's birth. Marshall and Aleshanee got up to all sorts of trouble when they were younger, especially when their cousins through their father's sister were around. They were quite adventurous children. Marshall had pretty much a typical childhood, though not without a few family problems. Jill was briefly accused of having an affair by Adam because she was acting secretive, but it was later discovered that this was just part of Jill's personality, and things went back to normal.
Marshall was never incredibly popular in school, though he was by no means considered an outcast either in elementary or middle school. But in his freshman year things seem to take a different turn. At first it seemed like just the switch to high school. Marshall had always been into drawing funny little sketches, but now it seemed to take over his life. He was shutting out many of his old friends. And his drawing had taken a darker turn. Rather than drawing comic-strip like things like he used to, his drawings became confusing, and he seemed to be the only one to understand what was even happening within them.
This lasted until Marshall's junior year. Aleshanee started as a freshman this year, and became aware of how much Marshall had truly changed. She went to her parents about this, worried, though they just shrugged it off. Until one day Marshall came to his sister, who he was always the closest to out of the family, begging for help. What he had to say to her frightened Aleshanee. He kept going on about how they had to move away from town, his movements were exaggerated, he wasn't making much sense...in the words of Aleshanee 'he looked f*cking crazy, there's no other way to describe it'.
No longer could Jill and Adam ignore what was happening to their son. At first they went to a regular physician, who redirected them to a psychiatrist. Marshall was diagnosed with schizophrenia of the paranoid variety, explaining much of his behavior over the past couple of years. He began treatment immediately.
Now he's on the path to recovery, and doing pretty well after a rocky start. Some of his paranoia with people remains. But he's slowly opening up again, and becoming more of the Marshall Suijen that people can remember from back in middle school. He's even earning some of his friends back, at least those who are willing to accept a somewhat changed Marshall. He has, after all, been through a lot. His drawings are back to being funny and comic-like. All in all, it looks like he's definitely on the right path. Not to mention he's forgiven Aleshanee after being originally mad at her. Now the two siblings are closer than ever and Marshall wouldn't even dream of going through an ordeal like he did before without telling his sister first.
personality;
Marshall is a bit eccentric. When he gets into his drawings it's almost like he goes into another world (which he does, in a way), and he'll more than likely jump if you interrupt him during the middle of drawing. Sometimes he'll even snap at you if he's very much into it, but most of those who know Marshall understand this aspect of his personality. Just don't interrupt the guy while drawing, and be patient if you're just getting to know him. It may take him a while to open up, but he will eventually if you keep pushing.
Other than that, he's more a class clown type of guy. He loves saying things that make people laugh, often at his own expense. In his point of view, if we didn't laugh, we'd be miserable all the time. As Marshall knows all too much what that's like, he doesn't want to get caught up in that again. When he gets older, he wants to have his own comic published in newspapers all through the nation. Or even write his own comic book. But he's not entirely unrealistic. He has backup plans to become a high school teacher.

Oh, and he's Melanie's cousin. No, this isn't something I've thought of spur of the moment, I've had these two characters for over 4 years and Melanie and Marshall have always been cousins.
