Kimmi liked to go to the library after school to do any homework she had. When she arrived to the library she usually went to the same place, she heads first to the coffee shop then to the farthest corner in the back. This corner was in the Fictional section, fiction and mysteries where her pot of tea and she loved reading them and getting lost in the pages of a scary mystery of unreal fantasy.
Kimmi was a rebel but she secretly was a book worm, nothing made her happier then a new book . She loves the smell of new books when you first open them, and the felling over turning the first crisp page. Today she didn't have very much home work so she thought she would get in some reading first then do her homework.

Daunte ran a hand through his thick hair that kept getting in his dark eyes; he needed a haircut for sure. He yawned loudly, before walking faster, as the cold wind started to get to him. Snow droplets assimilated on his coat and he swore under his breath, considering he wasn’t a fan of snow. He finally spotted the library a couple of feet ahead of him.
He sighed deeply in relief as he opened the door and unzipped his jacket; the warmth welcoming him in.
He gave a small smirk and greeted the old librarian, walking over to the shelves and looking around. The smell of dusty books and the musty fragrance of old perfume filled him up with a good feeling, as he inhaled.
His eyes scanned the room as he settled on a book. All he needed now was a good place to sit. A familiar face came into his sight as he spotted Kimmi. He hadn’t seen her in a long time and chatting a bit would help him feel even better. He headed over and gave one of his rare smiles, sitting down.
“I hope this seat isn’t taken!” Daunte added and gave a low chuckle as he looked her over.

Kimmi was curled up reading a new mystery book the librarian had given her to try out. She was about a third through the book when she heard a familiar voice. Kimmi looked up from her book and saw a familiar face to match the voice, it was Daunte.
"Oh hi!" she said as she sat up, kimmi looked around, "I haven't seen you in a while. When did you get here? "

Daunte smiled and sat down next to her, grabbing the book that she was reading and fiddling with it in his slim hands.
“A new mystery, huh? I always see you with a new book in your hands,” he added and chuckled slightly, before leaning back in his chair and looking around the library.
Sighing softly, he decided to answer her question, while looking her over once again with a quick glance, “I just got here a few minutes ago, what about you? I haven’t seen you in a long time. Enjoying this boring school?” he asked and laughed, thinking of how much trouble he had gotten for saying that to the headmistress.
“Oh and newsflash, I’m sure you aren’t going to enjoy it, but I might as well say it, I got suspended for 10 days, which gives me total freedom, yet I can’t enter the school for at least a couple of days,” Daunte admitted and crinkled his nose. “Oh well, I’m sure you’ll keep me company, am I right?” he asked hopefully and waited patiently for her answer, while he made a funny face at the librarian who ahd just shushed them.
"I don't get while that old hag won't get a life; I mean, no one's here anyways," he whispered under his breath; he always had had a grudge on the librarian.
